Description

Gift with warranty from Henry Sylke and Isabella his wife and Christine Lyndon', daughter and heir of Richard Lyndon' lately of Yardeley deceased, to William Lyndon' of Yardeley, brother of the said Richard, of three crofts of land lying in Tonworth' called Rud Corftes, lying in length between the land of Richard Lyndon' on the one hand and the wood of the King called Sarhurst on the other, and in breadth between the land of Richard Fulford called Rosland on the one hand and the lane leading from Clebere Croswey towards the said wood on the other; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Appointment of attorney by the grantors of Thomas Ley and John Tayller to deliver seisin. Dated at Yardeley, 11 Henry VIII.
