Description

Lease for 99 years from Richard Fulwode of Toneworth' in the county of Warr' esquire to Thomas Parsons of the same carpenter of a croft in Toneworth' lying in length between the land of Master Clerkson' called Barnefylds and the highway and in breadth between the ground of Thomas Waryng and the highway; to hold for 99 years for the annual rent of 2s. 4d. [2 terms], the said Richard to have the right of distraint after 4 weeks and the right of re-entry after 12 weeks for non-payment or arrears of rent; the lessee was not to pay the chief rent and to have heybote from the said croft for mending the same, and the right to 'lopp', 'cropp' and 'shrede' all woods and underwoods for his own profit during the said term.
