Description

Lease for 47 years with warranty from Richard Archer of Tonworth' county Warr' esquire to Roger Oldnale of Rowyngton' yeoman of pastures called the Greate Lee and Munccrofte in the lordship of Tonworthe lately in the tenure of Thomas Warynge gentleman; to hold from Lady Day next for 47 years for the annual rent of 5 marks [2 terms] the said Richard having the right of distraint after one month and the right of re-entry after 6 weeks for non-payment of arrears of the same; the said Roger to have the right to fell all wood and underwood on the said land to improve the pasture except 'copies' and to have the profit of the same and also to have the herbage of the said copies saving the underwood of the same; the said Richard to pay the chief rent.
