Counterpart bargain and sale from William Gower of Wodhall, Worcs., esquire and John Gower, Inkberrow, Worcs., son and heir of William to William Warynge of Solihull, gent for 40 marks of pasture and meadow called Tyncokes in the parish of Tanworth, lying in length from Cheswick Green on the north to the lands of the said William Waring called Cheswickes, then in the tenure of John a Dale in the south; and in breadth from 2 crofts and 1 moor of the said William Waring called Buckestones, then in the tenure of Oliver Wyeham to the east and the land late of Robert Wardyne on the west.
