Quitclaim with warranty from Robert Atwood of Tonworthe, John Grene of Botley, John Wheler of Tonworthe, Simon Bellers of Alcetter, William Wheatley of Henley-in-Arden and Thomas Smythe of Hall Ende [in Wotton Wawen] to John Warynge of Tonworth of a pasture with adjacent meadow called Jurdens in Tonworthe county Warr', lying in length between the highway leading from Aspley heathe as far as Lodbrokes parke on the one hand and a parcel of land belonging to Richard Kylcupp on the other, and in breadth between a lane called Radford lane on the one hand and another parcel of land belonging to the said Richard Kylcupp then in the tenure of John Warynge on the other, which lands the said John Warynge lately held by gift and feoffment of Thomas Stokes gentleman, son and heir of Roland Stokes deceased, by a charter of 12 June 37 Henry VIII [1545], and which lands the grantor together with the said John Warynge by a fine levied Michaelmas term 3 and 4 Philip and Mary [1556] between the grantors as plaintiffs and Thomas Gresley and Anne his wife and Thomas James and Margery his wife as deforciants came to be held to the said grantors and the heirs of Robert Atwood as parcel of 2 messuages, 160 acres of land, 60 acres of meadow, 3 acres of heath in Tanworthe, Owllnall' [Ullenhall], Henley and Bewdesert; to hold for ever.
