Description

Lease from Richard Fulwood of Tanworth esquire to Richard Kem and Frances his wife of Packwood yeoman, for £24, of a moiety of a pasture called Moldes in Tanworth, lying in length between Hollowaie croft at the lower end and the other moiety of the said pasture at the upper end, and in breadth between Molds lane on the one hand and the common land leading towards Henley on the other; to hold the same from Lady Day 1583 for 80 years if the said Richard and Frances Kem live so long, rendering annually 40s. [2 terms], the said lessor having the right to re-enter the said lands for non-payment or arrears of the said rent after 14 days of any of the said terms; the said Richard and Frances Kem to have sufficient heybote or tinsell from the said lands each year.
