Grant with warranty from Ellis Aynesworth' of Bolton' in le Mores, Lancashire, gentleman to John Addenbroke of Beoley, Worcestershire, yeoman of the vicarage, and patronage of the advowson of Tanworth with all glebe lands, real and personal tithes, Easter offerings, payments, emoluments, perquisites belonging to the same, then in the occupation of John Perkes clerk; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
