Description

Indenture between Charles Henry Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon of the one part and Catherine Hunt of the same place widow of William Hunt deceased and mother of the said Charles Henry Hunt of the other part whereby Charles Henry Hunt, in consideration of Catherine Hunt having conveyed to him her life estate limited to her by her Marriage Settlement with Henry Hunt in the premises described in DR 38/1052 - DR 38/1071 granted to the said Catherine Hunt an Annuity of £45 per annum charged upon the said hereditaments at Wolverton for her life.
