Description

Indenture between John Palmer of the Middle Temple, London esquire of one part and William Charnley of Harbury clerk of the other part whereby John Palmer in consideration of £300 to him paid William Charnley did demise to the said William Charnley a meadow in Wolverton called Town Meadow then in the tenures of Thomas Stanton gentleman, Samuel Cox and William Parkes with all appurtenances for a term of 500 years subject to a proviso for redemption. Signed John Palmer. Red wax seal, an old woman and a bird flying. Witnessed by Thomas Walford, Francis Wigley and Samuel Hough.
