Description

Lease from Thomas Warner, vicar of Tanworth, clerk, to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire of the tithes of fish in Tanworth, the tithes of corn and grain of mills and all other tithes of mills whether water mills, windmills, horse-mills or malt mills now erected or at any time to be erected; to hold from Michaelmas next for 60 years if the said Thomas to continued so long as vicar of Tanworth, rendering annually one red rose on Midsummer Day if demanded; the said Thomas to continue ordinarily resident in the vicarage of Tanworth and serve the cure without being absent more than 3 score and 19 days [79 days] in any one year.
