Bargain and sale with warranty from John Fullwood of Fordhall in Wotton Wawen esquire to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £160 of 2 messuages in Tanworth, one in the tenure of Philip Androwes and called Seyles tenement and the other in the tenure of Richard Brockington, with all buildings, gardens and lands pertaining to the same; to hold freely for ever; provision being made thatif the said Andrew or his heirs were evisted from the said premises the said John Fullwood and his heirs were to pay £160 within half a year of notice being given of the same.
