Sale from Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire and Simon Archer his son to William Maydewe and John Stockley of Solyhull yeomen of all woods okes and timber trees on closes called Highfieldes in Tanworth, excepting 7 score and 5 oakes or trees already marked, saving 20 to be taken and felled at their choice, also excepting crab, pear and 'servane' trees and underwood growing in the hedges fit for hedging; to have the right to cut, lopp and fell the same until 25 December 1607 with the right to make sawpits and coal fires.
