Feoffment with warranty from Sir Edward Mountfort of Bescote in Walsall, Staffordshire, knight to Simon Archer of Tanworth gentelman for £500 of the capital messuage called Codborrow Hall in Tanworth with lands belonging to the same called Mootfield, Umbrills close, Little croft, Playne coppice, Wiseworth, Greate meadow, Umbrills meadow, Bonell meadow, Foxcroft, all of which belong to the said messuage and late in the tenure of Robert Attwood deceased with lands called Great Wistons alias Wixstons in Tanworth late in the tenure of the said Robert Attwood with a cottage built on part of the same and a messuage called Davies tenement with lands called Davies Pipers, then divided into two, Poolecroft adjoining Codbarrow pool, Tilecroft meadow, Ryefield, another Poolecroft and Large meadow; to hold for ever freely except lease no. 1681, recited.
