Description

Surrender by Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire to Simon Archer his son and heir, for £2,000 to be paid by 16 July next, of his life interest in the manor of Tanworth, which he retained under indentures no.1757, and in parcels of land now called Newfolden coppice in Tanworth, wood and parcel of ground called Countesclosse coppice and land called Knowelbery in Tanworth, all which property was lately purchased from Thomas Throckmorton of Coughton esquire deceased; to hold for ever.
