Assignment from Francis Buckley of Slipton, Northants, gentleman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £540 of lease no 1681; to hold for the remainder of the term stated in the said lease at the stated rent, excepting the following leases recited: 1, 10 February 1616, from the said Francis to Adam Sale yeoman of Codborowe Hall to hold for 6 years from 25 March next, rendering annually £40, now payable to the said Andrew Archer. 2, 21 March 1613/4, from the said Francis and his wife Elizabeth to Thomas Griffin of a messuage called Davies, to hold for 21 years from 25 March next, rendering annually £12.5s., now payable to the said Andrew.
