Bargain and sale from William Spooner of Clea Hall in Tanworth gentleman, John Shukburgh of Over Shukburgh esquire, William Lisle alias Lyle of Evenly, Northants, gentleman, and Elizabeth his wife, late wife of Thomas Greswold of Tanworth gentleman to Simon Archer of Tanworth esquire for £1,050 of the manor and capital messuage of Clea Hall in Tanworth with property belonging to the same, described in no. 1820-1821; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for rents and services, excepting always lease no. 1825.
