Lease from William Spooner of Cleahall in Tanworth gentleman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £1,000 of the manor and capital messuage of Cleahall, Fullwood Hall or Fullwood manor in Tanworth with property belonging to the same described in no. 1820-1821, with a rent of 5s. annually from a messuage and lands in Tanworth belonging to George Devereux esquire called the Baches in the tenure of Laurence Ebrall, all this property formerly belonging to Thomas Greswold deceased who purchased the same from Robert Fullwood esquire, all lying in Tanworth, Hampton in Arden and Nuthurst; to hold for 50 years at a peppercorn rent.
