Bargain and sale from William Field of Inckford in Kingesnorton, Worcestershire, yeoman and Bridget his wife to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £450 of a messuage called Collins Place, late in the tenure of Thomas Heath, with 6 closes called Collins Land and closes now divided into 4 parts with a meadow at the end of the same called Swanesditche or Swanesditches and land called Stapletons now divided into 4 parts, all lying between 2 lanes there and the land of the said Andrew on all sides; also a close called Stonyecrofte containing 6 acres of Tanworth between the lands of Richard Hunt, the land of the said Andrew and the highway on all sides; to hold for ever.
