Bargain and sale from Thomas Whitley, citizen and grocer of London, and Sence his wife and Francis Bliszard, citizen and grocer of London to Simon Archer of Tanworth esquire for £300 of 6 parcels of land containing 10 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture and 10 acres of wood called Bromhalls alias Bromealls in Yardley, Worcestershire, in the several tenures of Anne Haudes widow, Humphrey Richardes and Peter Cotterell, 2 parcels of land containing 12 acres of meadow, 70 acres of pasture called Turner and Great Woodwardes in Tanworth between lands belonging to the vicarage of Tanworth and land of William Averys, one close called Molers croft, Aspley croft, the said Woodwards and the highway on all sides, in the several tenures of Thomas Warner, clerk, and Thomas Smyth, also a cottage and 5 parcels of land containing 10 acres of meadow and 60 acres of pasture called Cookes land in Wotton Wawen and Ullenhall in the tenure of Henry Ison and all other lands in the said places formerly conveyed to the said Francis Blizzard by Thomas Archer gentleman deceased and since then conveyed to the said Thomas Whitley; to hold for ever.
