The fine to be made to the said James Prescote and George Palmer for a writ of diseisin to be brought against them by the said Andrew Palmer and Richard Brockington for a recovery to be suffered with the said Sir Edward Mountfort and Simon Mountfort as vouchees to warranty. The said fine and recovery of the said lands to be held to uses recited, i.e. the manor of Monkespath + chief rents and certain lands [ defined down to Vales] to the use of the said Thomas Warner, and the rest to the said Richard Grimshaw.
