Description

Indenture dated 8th November 1851 between John Tasker of Stratford-upon-Avon auctioneer and Richard Thomas Tasker of Melbourne, Derbyshire surgeon of the 1st part, George Gibbs of Snitterfield baker and Romeo Cooper of Warwick baker of the 2nd part, George Gibbs of the 3rd part, Henry Brian of Snitterfield saddler Sarah his wife,, Edward Lurking of Langley farmer Mary his wife (late Mary Gibbs spinster), the said Romeo Cooper and Joseph Keyte of Biggleswade, Bedfordshire carpenter of the 4th part, Mark Philips of Snitterfield esquire and Robert Philips of the Park, Prestwich, Lancashire esquire of the 5th part. (Reciting that the property described in DR 38/432 was by an Indenture dated 26th October 1807 demised for a term of 1000 years as security for a loan of £80 to John Tasker and that John Tasker had died and devised his sons, persons of the 1st part inter alia the property described in DR 38/432 and that Elizabeth Cooper Ellen Keyte were then deceased, and that the property did not pass under the Will of William Gibbs so that the execution of George Gibbs as heir at law was necessary) whereby the property including the term of years described in DR 38/432 was conveyed by the persons of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th parts to Mark Philips in trust for Robert Philips.
