Description

Indenture dated 22nd March 1856 between William Allen late of Warwick but now of Shipston-on-Stour, Worcestershire gentleman (solicitor) and William Barber of Grimley, Worcestershire farmer of the 1st part, Joseph Tyrell of Armscott, Worcestershire farmer of the 2nd part, Benjamin Townsend of Warwick schoolmaster of theretofore 3rd part and Thomas Nicks of the same place gentleman (solicitor) of the 4th part whereby the persons of the 1st 2nd parts (being Mortgagees for £900 in all) re-conveyed to Benjamin Townsend to the use of himself for life [and after the determination of that estate by any means during his life to the use of Thomas Nicks for the life of Benjamin Townsend in trust for Benjamin Townsend]. Remainder to the use of Benjamin Townsend and his heirs for ever. Signed William Allen, William Barber and Joseph Tyrell. Stamp seal. Witnessed by John Allen and John Hobbins.
