Feoffment with warranty from Thomas Court of Beoley, Worcestershire, tanner to Thomas Archer of Umberslade Hall esquire for £24 of a messuage in or near the town of Tanworth in the tenure of Samuel Wheeler, formerly of Margery Jenckes widow and formerly Ambrose Genckes, a little plot of land between the garden of John Yoxall deceased, then of Thomas Masters, the churchyard of Tanworth, the carthouse, then demolished, of Edmund Normansell and the street of Tanworth, then on the tenure of the said Thomas Masters; to hold for ever absolutely.
