Feoffment with warranty from Francis Hall of Tanworth yeoman to John Chambers of Tanworth gentleman for £40 of a rough close called Birchy-feild containing 20 acres in Tanworth in the street towards the Fower ashes at or near all parts of the same, then in the tenure of the said Francis Hall and late in the tenure of John Bird the younger deceased; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for [?]d chief rent.
