Description

Declaration by sir Simon Archer of Warwick knight that whereas because of old age and infirmity he had entrusted the management of his estate to his wife Dame Anne Archer, and allowed her to dispose of her own property by will, believing that she only made small bequests to her friends, but had later discovered that she had increased her personal property by lending money from the estate for profit and had disposed of the profit from the same by her will, to which the said Sir Simon had at first given consent, the said Sir Simon now withdrew his consent to the said will.
