Feoffment with warranty from William Milward of Tanworth gentleman and John Millward, late of Beoley, Worcestershire, then of Westminster yeoman, natural brother of the said William, to Thomas Court of Beoley, Worcestershire, tanner for £53.14s. paid to William Milward and 12 d. paid to John Milward of the property described in DR37/1/ 1913; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for 22d. chief rent and due and customary service.
