Conveyance by lease and release from Edward Edkins alias Mathewes of Tanworth husbandman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £10 of 2 arable lands in Heanefield in Tanworth, lying in breadth between lands of the said Andrew on both sides and to the east on Blackwell Brooke now or late in the tenure of the said Andrew; to hold for ever.
