Probate copy of the will, dated 6 Februaury 1713/4, of John Lea of Ladbrokes Park in Tanworth yeoman bequeathing £30 to his mother due to her by his father's will and the residue of his estate to his wife Elizabeth and his two sons, to be divided equally between them, in trust to sell the Portway leasow, if it has not been sold in his lifetime, the profits to be divided in the same way. His wife Elizabeth appointed executrix. Proved at the Diocesan court of Worcester. Dated 6 February 1714. Witnesses: William Molines, Henry Harris, Robert Malines.
