Description

Conveyance by lease and release from William Whitemoor of Beoly, Worcs., gentleman to Andrew Archer of Umberslade Hall in Tanworth esquire for £5.5s. of a piece of land, newly ditched and hedged out of a close of the said William called House Close, which close and adjoining messuage were formerly in the tenure of Edward Medley carpenter, then of John Lea late of Ladbrookes Park deceased and then of William Barker, the said land being 36 yards in length and 10 yards in breadth, bounded by the said House Close, a close belonging to Edward Sheldon esquire, land called Portway close belonging to the said Andrew and a lane leading from Tanworth to the Portway on all sides, late in the tenure of Richard Lea; to hold for ever.
