Description

Settlement between Andrew Archer of Umberslade in Tanworth esquire of the first part, Sir Herbert Croft of Croft Castle, Hereford knight and John Chaplin of Tachwell, Lincs, knight of the second part and Thomas Archer of Henley esquire, brother of the said Andrew of the reversions expectant on settlement DR37/1/1951, recited, whereby in default of lawful heirs of the said Andrew Archer and Elizabeth Dashwood, now his wife, the property described in DR37/1/1951 shall pass to the said Thomas and his heirs or in default to Simon Archer of Tysoe esquire for his life and then to the rightful heirs of the said Andrew Archer.
