Assignment from Henry Chessire of Tonworth county Warr' husbandman to John Eton of Rowyngton husbandman of a lease dated 1 Septemer 20 Henry VIII [1528] from John Norres of Yatenden Berkes to the said Henry of the manor of Codbarowe Hall with all lands and rights in Tonworth and Nuthurst from Michaelmas 20 Henry VIII for 54 years for the annual rent of £9. 10s. [2 terms]; to hold for the remainder of the said term for the said rent to be paid to the said John Norres. Fine of £27. 14s. 8d. to the said Henry. Dated, 25 Henry VIII.
