Tanworth and Tysoe
Attested copy of a release from John Wescote, eldest son and heir of Thomas Wescote late of Tanworth, wheelwright, deceased, to Richard Wescote his brother for £22. 13. 4d. of an annuity of 26s. 8d., as defined in a feoffment to uses [recited] made 22 January 37 Henry VIII [1545/1546] from the said Thomas Wescote to William Holbache and others from a messuage called Collyns Place in Tanworth and 6 crofts called Collins lands, to be taken after the death of the said Thomas and Isabella his wife; also lands in Tyshoo belonging to the said Thomas.
