Description

Memorandum of Agreement dated 28th September 1869 between Mark Philips of Snitterfield esquire and Alfred Eason then late of Henley-in-Arden whereby Alfred Eason agreed to rent the messuage or Public House known as the White Horse Inn and two parcels of land called White Horse Close and Park Pits Corner containing 15 acres, 1 rood and 7 perches in Snitterfield for £68-17-6 per annum. Signed Mark Philips and Alfred Eason. Witnessed by John Calloway agent, Stratford-upon-Avon.
