Description

Feoffment with warranty from William Lee of Lye Greene in the parish of Kyngisnorton' county Wigorn' and Joan his wife to John Feelde of Headley Heath [in King's Norton] and John Kylouppe of 4 crofts of land n the parish of Tonworthe county Warr' called Rudescroftes, extending in length between the land formerly belonging to William Brokhurste on the one hand and the wood formerly belonging to the Earl of Warr' called Sarehurst on the other, and in breadth between the land formerly belonging to William Fulfort called Roseland' on the one hand and the lane leading from Clebury Crosway towards the said Wood of the Earl of Warr' called Sarehurst on the other, which lands the grantors lately held by the gift and feoffment of William Lyn don; to hold to the use of the grantors during their lives, and after their deaths to the use of Henry Lee, the younger son of the said William and Joan, and Marian his wife for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Appointment of attorney by the said grantors of Thomas Kylouppe and Humphrey Feelde to deliver seisin. Dated at Tonworth', 3 and 4 Philip and Mary. 2 tags for seals with fragments of red wax.
