Description
Memorandum of Agreement dated 13th February 1860 between Mark Philips of Snitterfield esquire and Thomas Willey Higginson late of Henley-in-Arden whereby Thomas Willey Higginson agreed to rent the messuage known by the name of the White Horse Inn and a close called the White Horse Close containing 8 acres and 1 rood in Snitterfield for £52-19-0 per annum. Signed Mark Philips and Thomas Willey Higginson in the presence of John Reid.
