Sale from Sir Robert Throkmarton of Coughton knight to John Ward of Beoly, Worcestershire, and Richard Waryng of Tonworthe, yeomen, for £140 of one hagge [a piece of woodland for sale or to be cut] growing at the south end of a wood in a close called the Old Parke in Tonworthe, now in the tenure of ................ Balamy, extending to a ditch or gutter running through the said wood and on the north side also extending to the trees of the said Sir Robert adjoining, which are markes with his own seal on the north side of the said trees; the said John and Richard to cut the same at all convenient times during the following 3 years and to remove the same within the next 6 years, with the right to use convenient sawpitts and paths in the said close for the said purpose.
