Attested copy 7 May 1619 of bargain and sale from Nicholas Morrice, Sambourne, yeoman to Thomas Field, Tanworth, yeoman, for £26 of cottage with orchard, garden and 2 adjoining parcels of meadow in Tanworth in the occupation of John Hay, with 28 selions in a common field of Tanworth called Heanefield, now or late in the occupation of Hugh Wagstaffe, and one selion in another common field of Tanworth called Little Heanefield, also in occupation of Hugh Wagstaffe. To hold same for ever of chief lords of fee for due and customary service.
