Bargain and sale with warranty from William Parsons of Tanworth husbandman to Andrew Archer of the same esquire for £38 of a close of pasture called Brownes in Tanworth, lying between the land of the said Andrew and the green there called Brownes greene on all sides, together with the woods, subwoods belonging to the same; to hold for ever freely excepting the chief rent and an annuity of 2s. 2d. to be paid as dower to Katherine Eaton for the term of her life.
