Bargain and sale from Humphrey Everarde of Whyttington, Staffordshire, gentleman and Anne his wife to William Parsons of Tanworth husbandman for £23 of one close of pasture called Brownes in Tanworth, lying between the land of Andrew Archer gentleman and the green there called Brownes Greene on all sides, together with the woods, and subwoods; to hold for ever, freely except for the chief rent and 2s. 2d. to be paid annually as dower to Catherine Eaton for the term of her life.
