Description

Indenture dated 12th December 1728 between Richard Ellins of Snitterfield labourer, William Jackson of Snitterfield wheelwright Elizabeth his wife and Mary Ellins of the same place spinster, which said Elizabeth Mary were daughters of the said Richard Ellins by Ann his late wife deceased of one part and Richard Parfitt of Snitterfield gentleman of the other part whereby the persons of the one part conveyed the property described in DR38/460 to Richard Parfitt for £75 witnessed by a covenant to levy a fine. Signed Richard Ellins and by the marks of William Jackson and Mary Ellins. Seal, a Roman senator's head. Witnessed by Richard Newcomb, James Clark and William Wilcox.
