Description

Attested Copy Indenture dated 2nd June 1843 between Thomas Jordan of Snitterfiel;d yeoman of the 1st part, Ann Talliss of Snitterfield spinster (one of the daughters of Thomas Talliss by Maria his first wife, formerly Maria Godfrey spinster, and which said Thomas Talliss intermarried the second time with Mary the niece of the said Thomas Talliss, formerly Mary Jordan spinster) of the 2nd part and Job Hobbins of Stratford-upon-Avon law stationer of the 3rd part whereby property described in No 1-1-L and DR 38/671 was conveyed by Thomas Jordan to Job Hobbins to the use of himself, Thomas Jordan for life, remainder to the use of Thomas Talliss. Signed by the mark of Thomas Jordan in the presence of James Stringer solicitor, Stratford-upon-Avon. Attested by Edward Nightingale and Benjamin P. C. Tatham, clerks to Mr. Umbers solicitor, Stratford-upon-Avon.
