Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 25th July 1833 between William Gibbs of Snitterfield shopkeeper of the 1st part, Henry Smith of Snitterfield gentleman of the 2nd part and Thomas Morris of Warwick gentleman of the 3rd part whereby a cottage and garden etc. at Snitterfield theretofore in the occupation of William Tallis and then of Thomas Tallis bounded on the South by the road from Snitterfield to Wimpcote [Wilmcote?], on the East by a cottage and premises belonging to Peter Clarke and on the North West by property of Richard Smith (being the property described in DR 38/691 DR 38/693) was conveyed by William Gibbs to Henry Smith for £60. Signed William Gibbs. Red wax stamp seal. Witnessed by Elizabeth King. Lease dated 24th July 1833 by William Gibbs to Henry Smith of the same property for one year. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
