Indenture dated 22nd May 1869 between Joseph Taylor of Beausale farmer of one part and Richard Greaves esquire, William Smith esquire and George Henry Nelson esquire, all of Warwick (the Trustees of the Warwick Warwickshire Benefit Building Society) of the other part whereby the property described in DR 38/699 was mortgaged by Joseph Taylor to the persons of the other part for £200. Signed Joseph Taylor. Common red wax seal and the Seal of the Warwick Warwickshire Benefit Building Society. The former signature and sealing witnessed by Thomas Isham Rose of Northampton Street, Warwick. The latter seal affixed in the presence of William Sleath, T. E. Davis and J. Purser (members of the Society).
