Description

Indenture dated 13th March 1759 between Mary Brazier of Snitterfield widow administratrix with Will annexed of William Brazier late of Snitterfield coachman deceased and William Brazier of Red Lion Street in the Parish of St. George the Martyr, Middlesex carpenter (eldest son and heir of the said William Brazier deceased) of the one part and William Clarke of Stoneleigh keeper of the other part whereby a cottage then late in the tenure of William Brazier the elder deceased and then divided into two cottages in Snitterfield was mortgaged (by security of a term of 500 years) to William Clarke for £50 by Mary and William Brazier. Signed Mary Brazier and William Brazier. Seal ??? Witnessed by Joshua Harborne and by the mark of Joseph Fairfax. Bond of the same date and same parties, the obligation being £51 and to keep covenants of the Mortgage of even date. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
