Description
Draft Indenture between Mark Philips of Snitterfield esquire of one part and Henry Samuel Gibbs of Norton Lindsey yeoman whereby Mark Philips conveyed to Henry Samuel Gibbs a cottage, two parcels of land or garden ground in Wolverton bounded on the North by Gannaway Grove, on the East by land used as a brickyard and on the South by the highway from Warwick to Alcester, which premises were then in the occupations of George Stephens and Isaac Tallis for £30 paid by the said Henry Samuel Gibbs.
