Description

Indenture of Conveyance between Thomas Matthews of Langley farmer of the 1st part, James Tallis of Harbury, Warwickshire lime burner of the 2nd part and Thomas Heath of Warwick gentleman of the 3rd part whereby the premises thirdly described in DR38/1126, which are described as two messuages with gardens and blacksmith's shop, also there two closes containing 2 acres, 3 roods and 6 perches called Blacksmith's Closes which closes and blacksmith's shop were then in the occupation of William Twineham, were conveyed by Thomas Matthews to James Tallis for life and after determination of such estate to Thomas Heath during the life of James Tallis, remainder to the use of James Tallis in consideration of £455 paid by James Tallis.
