Copy Will of Edmund Makepeace of Pensham, Worcestershire esquire whereby he devised all his Manors, meises, lands and hereditaments in Yardley, Solihull, Hopwood, Old Stratford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Hampton Lucy, Fenny Compton, Wellesbourne, Newbold Pacey, Warwick and Hatton to his nephew Henry Wigley for his life with remainder to his grand nephew Edmund Wigley, son of the said Henry Wigley for his life, remainder to the first and other sons of Edmund Wigley successively in tail male, remainder to his grand nephew Henry Wigley (second son of Testator's nephew Henry Wigley) for his life with remainder to his first and other sons successively in tail male with remainders over.
