Copy order of the Court of Chancery in a suit between Charles Warde, an infant, by his father the Reverend Thomas Warde Plaintiff and Charles Lindon, John Morford Cottle, Fisher Tomes and John Gameliel Lloyd Defendants whereby it was ordered that the Master's Report dated 13th June 1834 was confirmed and referred back to the said Master, in order to compute interest on the purchase money of the Clopton Estate, to tax costs to settle the conveyance and to raise the said purchase money by Mortgage of the Welcombe Estate.
