Indenture of Assignment between John Cave of Warwick innkeeper and Elizabeth his wife (which said Elizabeth was the Administratrix with the Will annexed of John Warren late of Daventry, Northamptonshire gentleman deceased) of the 1st part, Robert Bell Wheler of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 2nd part, John Gameliel Lloyd of Welcombe Hall esquire of the 3rd part, Charles Thomas Warde of Westover House, Calbourne, Isle of Wight esquire of the 4th part, Sommersby Edwards of Long Buckby, Northamptonshire gentleman of the 5th part and William Francis Patterson of Leamington gentleman of the 6th part. Reciting DR38/1240, DR38/1245 DR38/1246 and that John Warren died on 8th January 1777 having by his Will appointed Mary Warren his wife his sole Executrix who duly proved his said Will and also died having appointed William Deacon of Daventry surgeon her Executor who also died but without having proved the Will of Mary Warren, and reciting that administration with the Will of John Warren was granted to Elizabeth Cave as personal Representative of John Warren, and reciting DR38/1248 DR38/1253 and the death of Elizabeth Wyment, also reciting DR38/1251 DR38/1254, and reciting the Inclosure Award of 1st January 1775 also DR38/1236, DR38/1257, DR38/1259 DR38/1239, and reciting that William Greenall died in 1786 leaving his son William Greenall his heir at law and Executor and reciting DR38/1264, DR38/1282-3, DR38/1286-7, DR38/1289, DR38/1291, DR38/1295, DR38/1297-1302, and that George Lloyd the uncle died in the lifetime of Gameliel Lloyd, the uncle who appointed John Rapp, William H. Lloyd and George Lloyd of Clifton his Executors and reciting the death of Gamaliel Lloyd on 31st August 1817 and also DR38/1304 also reciting the death of Ann Lloyd wife of John Lloyd, and reciting the Will of George Lloyd the nephew (DR38/1306 and his death on 11th July 1831 also DR38/1307-11, and reciting that John Gameliel Lloyd and Charles Thomas Warde were desirous that the residue of the two terms of 1000 years should be assigned on trust to attend the inheritance. It was thereby witnessed that John Cave and Elizabeth his wife at the direction of John Gameliel Lloyd and Charles Thomas Warde in consideration of 10/- to them paid by Summersby Edwards assigned to Summersby Edwards the term of 1000 years limited by DR38/1240 also that Robert Bell Wheler in consideration of 10/- to him paid by William Francis Patterson at the direction of John Gameliel Lloyd and Charles Thomas Warde assigned the residue of the term of 1000 years limited by DR38/1300 to the said William Francis Patterson.
