Description

Agreement between Leonard William and Dorothy May Silvester of 28 Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon (owners of 63 Albany Road) and Anthony Christopher Claridge, 65 Albany Road, Stratford-upon-Avon as to the joint use by the owners of both properties of an air raid shelter erected by Stratford-upon-Avon Corporation in 1942 on land forming part of each property. In the event of the shelter being dmeolished, rights of access and use to cease and the fence to be reinstated at their joint charge.
